Its easy to eat fast food instead of making a bowl of oatmeal oh my gosh I hadnt had oatmeal in years and when I made it it made me feel super healthy but I only had 3 bowls after that because of the dirty dishes

Especially with trying to eat healthier since healthy foods are markedly more expensive than the normal stuff. But you can make little hacks here and there. Like how chicken is a really good source of protein and plain Greek yogurt can be used to make a plethora of tasty sauces.

Also, spinach is way better when you cook it yourself. And raw, that stuff's awesome raw on a good sandwich. Arugula too. And a lot of leafy greens or at least herbs are awesome because they're easy to grow yourself.

Mix it with some cucumbers, a little lemon, and some feta and you get some tzatziki that you made yourself. Tzatziki, by the way, is that sauce they put on gyros. It's stupidly easy to make.
