if you have mods or know how to do that there is a way to make that 🙂

The game prioritizes individual player freedom, which means randoms in matchmaking games would probably screw you over by being selfish.
Also, mods are everywhere so you'd mostly find cheaters and stuff

if you open the game and don't see a matchmaking option, fair to assume the game doesn't have matchmaking.
