the creator of the game isnt implimenting an anticheat and isnt against using mods. I see no reason it would break TOS. It's like minecraft with mods, you can play with mods as long as its clientside. If you intentionally ruin other peoples games using cheats like atlas or cherry that may be a different story and is up to twitches discretion if they care enough to ban for posting you ruining peoples games. But as said previously NONE of the mods you mentioned are ban worthy by ANYONE, most people accept these mods and they won't impact the game itself. (I personally use most of these mods)

I guarantee you this does not give you a game advantage at ALL. its just stats and basic info which u can have a wiki on the side for + again: everyone mods this game especially streamers 1: because its quality of life stuff and 2. there are mods that are used with twitch for fun interations.
