with the latest update today, make sure youre on the latest version and everybody in the lobby youre trying to join is also on the latest version (1.30) and that youre playing vanilla (without mods) as some mods are now out of date... if the issue is still happening then...

It's usually just due to a bugged lobby - all players need to leave the lobby and create a new one.
Other reasons it can be caused include different game versions, pc firewalls/antivirus etc

Every achievement is handled by steam, at least storing them. you can't check what scoutmaster pages you have unless you ask steam for instance.

if nothing else, im just gonna give it a little and try again later. if it still is broken i'll see about talking with someone in support or something. maybe submit a bug report

honestly a lot of ppl who's CPUs are just under minimum requirement have been crashing a lot after the latest update. obviously wont be the case for everybody's crashes but i think thats the main issue for most
