Heres advice;
If you think you cant make a climb, go back BEFORE you fall because taking damage will make things worse.

Use everything that a biome gives you to use. Berries, vines, trees in tropics, winterberries in alpine, prickleberries and dynamite in mesa, eggs in caldera. If you dont know how to find these easily play tenderfoot until you do because otherwise youll die from hunger in the third biome.

Also stop taking fall damage. If you think youre gonna take fall damage, dont take fall damage. No, dont go for that jump. Stop taking fall damage. Stop taking fall damage. Last thing that will kill you, stop. Taking. Fall. Damage.
