hey guys i have a question, im looking at the wiki for how much stamina and how much energy foods replenish and it shows numbers, but i cant seem to find the actual number that is your total stamina, is it 100? or maybe 150 / 200?

and im also wondering what the max amount of energy you can have is, i just got 4 honeycombs, can i eat 2 for full energy? like is it 100 for max energy and since honeycomb refills 50 can i just eat 2. or do i need to eat 3 for full?

also one last question, can i cook honeycomb for benefits? what about trail mix and granola bars?
