It's on borderless full screen. However alt enter puts it in windowed mode and no fix. The mouse and keyboard is perfectly fine till that peak screen shows. I was playing for a good 30-40 minutes before this issue occured and I already tried all the fixes. Even forced full screen mode via launch options doesn't work.
