Unless you're extremely skilled I dont think you can get through Alpine today without some sort of equipment, or Lolipop and Energy drink. Also same for Kiln. I dont think you can get through this Kiln today unless you get a chain hook.

Caldera is always easy, but Shores do tend to be a bit trickier, but really, to me they're always a non issue
