i dont think its available for all countries - the UK introduced a child safety act last week that means to have open privacy settings (like allowing DMs from public servers) etc, or to view anything NSFW or age restricted you have to submit ID to prove youre over 18, so discord had to add it as a feature here

Regarding the cursor, if you switch launch options (dx12 or Vulkan) it should be fine, if for whatever reason you can't do this, or it doesn't work, there are a couple of other options.
Option 2: If you change to windowed mode, your cursor will be back
Option 3: You can change your VSYNC option if you want to play in fullscreen. NOTE - Changing the VSYNC option has caused a small number of people to crash, this is probably hardware dependant.

vsync is a setting within the game options, basically just syncronises fps of graphics card to monitor, but can also cause issues with some peoples games, you'll run fine without it on just make sure you have your resolution set correctly

Then press host and go into the airport.
The green 'join game' button should now appear on your steam profile. Right click it to copy the link :)
