You just need to find a good route for no place. You can still use shelf fungus and magic bean so focus getting those if you see them. Don't place a stove it will ruin the achievement. For the cooked food one you just need to find the spawn points of bee hives, capybaras and eggs that day. With a bit of effort not that bad
