Might just have to be where we agree to disagree I guess. I personally think Tropics is the easiest (besides shore). You have vines to climb, trees, occasionally you have the walkable vines with no thorns, and decent ways to get food. On Alpine you have almost nothing to help you region wise (besides the pitons that spawn), food is pretty scarce, and you have to worry about blizzards and geysers
