Dx12 usually work of newer hardware (Nvidia) and Vulkan is meant for AMD and usually runs better on weaker/older Nvidia hardware in my experience

that should work. As for me, cloudflare was really the reason and after set it up on pc game started to work. Also be careful about vulcan api, you may encounter crashes after 1st campfare. To prevent that use drx12

What's the future for PEAK? Will there be updates?
At the moment we don't have any plans for PEAK updates past this point other than some smaller stuff and bug fixes. The Landcrab team were super happy to make this little scout game together but both Aggro Crab and Landfall have other projects ahead of them that they want to focus on for the future.

aye aye, even on good rigs there's a large drop - whether or not it is as unplayable for them as it is for us, I do not think you should have a monster rig to the point where the drop isn't actively hindering your performance
