right... I tried that, but that only changes the color they go to, I mean the starter color, can we do that, like, it starts at gray, can I alter that?

to perhaps make it the same color as when the stars are not filled up

I am not much of a programer myself, but I think anki's made in svelte, is it that hard to create a function you can use to plug into the heatmap original color from user input? I mean, if I can alter the source code to do that in 30 min I'd do that (like me, not giving an example, like right now)

yessir, I just have an exam this weekend, so I won't be working on it this week

it's not hard to implement as far as I know, I'll definetly put that on the next update, was a great catch!
