since using OC i need to heated level my bed for EVERY print,
if i don't it goes way too close to the bed and scrapes the bed

when it comes to prototyping you can imagine doing this each time takes up a lot of time
any reason for this ?

have you run the automatic bed leveling routine on the bottom menu? It should allow you to stop doing the heated bed leveling at each print. Also, if you have run it, running the heated bed leveling afterward is a bad thing.

well, i had similar issues, however after returning back to 1.1.46
while it is not too bad in my case its a bit annoying and i assume that the printer resets the z offset it gets from leveling every time the power is cut ...

(if i hot level the bed, start a print, start the next and the next, its always good if not perfect but as soon as i pull the plug and put it back in the problems there and i need to level it again..)

whilst i have no solution i can confirm that its no bug in OC but rather the printer itself..

Might be time to check the mainboard for integrity, and contact Elegoo techsupport to see if they can supply a new one under warrantee if possible. There are ways to check the integrity of the board online, I do not know how to check it specifically myself.

Also check for anything loose or moving. The system does not check for build plate level, only the Z-carriage itself, with an opto-interruptor on the back, evident by the red LED blinking near the top of the back two steel rods.
The heatbed level is adjustable.
I have suggested elsewhere that the system has an option to at least a single point Z-check before every print. Grrrr...

For me, I specifically had problems in oc, in 1.46, it was perfect, ran a .050 offset and it printed like a dream. The creator said there was no change in the leveling side of things, and i really do believe him, since there would be no reason to lie. I just reinstalled oc .3.0 to test. As of now, I just tried to print a benchy just as a quick test with the old mesh and it smacked in the the print pretty hard in one specific point, im rerunning the menu auto level to see if that fixes anything.
