What resolved it for you? I have a reserved IP for my CC that I can ping, I can see it on my router, but I can't connect to it over wifi with orca or with elegooslicer.

I had the CC on a subnet with no connection between hosts inside the house, only to outside. It worked great for 1,5 months.
Then it stopped, it partially worked. The webcam did not, all the port 80 stuff, stopped working. The PC had both sub nets, but not bridged. Took me a while to find the setting in the router.

Gotcha. The most aggrevating part for me is that it's intermittent with no explanation as to why.

It could be hardware, find a phone app for wifi signal testing, find the numbers for signal strength. Congestion? Change channel? Try basic stuff like checking router settings, reboot it, whatever.
