#Sentiment from desirability is bugged

Hello is it possible that in the latest stable version sentiment from desirability is bugged and it just ignores it? My houses seem to have 7 less satisfaction than they should (my best guess) which is exactly what they should be having from desirability. Yet they have absurd amounts of it and still ask for more, implying that they're not detecting it. This might have been patched in the unstable version but I haven't installed it yet so I can't test it.

#

Just checked, same happens in the unstable version

#

It does seem to be 7 or very nearly 7, which is the amount they should be getting from extra desirability, the same one that they tell me "Residents would appreciate more desirability" even when surrounded by statues. Coincidence? I think NOT!

#

nvm not a bug, but manual is outdated since apparently desirability only counts starting from 50?

insane

not a bug but not what the manual says

#

give them 100 desirability

#

and you will see

yeah just did, it worked

#

but the manual's idea is better

#

makes no sense a hovel wouldn't be happy about being 10 desirability better

Or do I still need to provide luxurious palaces with 100 desirability?

they get 0.5 satisfaction per point of desirability, and maybe it is capped by something linked to house level, but i don't know for sure

Only thing manual got wrong is that absurd 50 satisfaction minimum

fading ether
#

but it is desirability above 50 that matters

Which I assume is absolute, as opposed to what would make sense which is to simply be whichever amount of desirability was needed for the house to evolve on the first place

well, my testing is not certain about it ^^

You know like the manual - and common sense - would suggest
