I am playing (or trying to) PZ MP on B42 with mods and I always get this error message, saying that there is a missing file. I had this problem before already and removed the mods but it kept giving me new errors of other mods. And I know that this mod (bandits) has MP compability. Does anyone have any idea on how to deal with this?

Can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

Yeah it's a MP specific issue, usually because something hasn't loaded right or is corrupted which is why a fresh install is a good step to try and fix it, then you're starting from a clean setup
