Community Broadcast – Louisville Recovery Update
Good evening, Louisville.
On behalf of FEMA and our partner agencies, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible strength and resilience this community has shown. In the wake of recent hardships, the people of Louisville have continued to support one another and rebuild not just structures, but a sense of normalcy.
We’ve seen neighbors helping neighbors, families reopening their homes, and local businesses doing their best to get their doors back open. These small but powerful steps are what recovery truly looks like.
We’ve also heard about some inspiring community efforts. One that stood out to us is a resident who has begun organizing a community library, creating a place where people can share books, stories, and a quiet moment of comfort. Initiatives like this remind us that recovery isn’t only about infrastructure, it’s about rebuilding connection.
FEMA will remain present and committed to supporting Louisville as recovery efforts continue.

Community Broadcast – Louisville Recovery Update
Good evening, Louisville.
This is JoJo with another daily update as recovery efforts continue throughout the community. Each day we are seeing more signs that Louisville is finding its footing again, and we want to recognize the incredible determination shown by residents across the area.
Throughout the day, FEMA teams continued coordinating with local officials and community leaders to assess needs and ensure resources are getting where they are needed most. Cleanup efforts remain ongoing, and several areas have reported steady progress as families and businesses work to restore their spaces.
What continues to stand out most, however, is the spirit of the community itself. Many residents are beginning to settle into a new routine, helping neighbors, sharing supplies, and supporting local efforts that are bringing people together again.
To the people of Louisville: the progress you are making each day is something to be proud of. Continue looking out for one another and taking recovery one step at a time.

- cleanup on the backend has stabilized the server signicantly
- our transportation mod is being worked on

the goal for this is to make it less afk spam and more focus on RP. essentially the pay is the exact same in time just less micromanaging

ARMOR MAKES SENSE
Armor Makes Sense removes vanilla's psychological discomfort and replaces it with physical costs.
Protective gear now drains endurance, strains muscles, restricts breathing, traps heat, and slows recovery through existing vanilla systems.
Despite the name, this is not just an armor tweak. To make the system behave consistently, I had to treat clothing as a whole ecosystem. The name stuck.```

```What changes
Hunger reflects energy state
If you're not eating enough, hunger starts to show it earlier, instead of leaving weight change as the main thing to monitor.
Food values are rebuilt
Satiety, calories, and macros are authored per item based on the actual food. You do not need to lean on a few outlier foods just to maintain yourself.
Weight follows sustained patterns
Missing one meal will not meaningfully change your weight. Repeated overeating or undereating will.
Deprivation takes sustained neglect
Ordinary inconsistency will not wreck you. Serious deprivation only sets in if you stay underfed for too long, at which point stamina recovery slows, fatigue rises, and melee damage starts to fall.
Protein matters too
Protein is tracked across multiple days. Going too long without decent protein intake slows healing.```

```How It Works
Caffeine ramps in over time, peaks, then decays. While active, it lowers the effective fatigue your character functions under. The real fatigue underneath keeps building.
Masking, not curing - strongest relief hits the Drowsy/Tired bands where fatigue actually starts to hurt. You keep going, but you are not rested.
One molecule - pills, coffee, and tea run through the same model.
Natural rebound - your accumulated fatigue catches up as the effect fades.
Sleep disruption - bedtime caffeine degrades sleep quality. One dose is mildly bad. Heavy use before bed is worse.
Overstimulation - stacking caffeine too hard can make your character tense and jittery while the load is high.```
