You have to Select the mods in both the Mods Section AND Worshop Section, otherwhise they won't load.

when i select them in the workshop section theyre automatically added to the mods section aswell

Last log shows you loading the "fafa" server setting.

From its setting, it shows this:
Mods=

And
WorkshopItems=

Meaning you are not loading any mods in the server settings

Can you screenshot the Mods and Steam workshop sections so I can confirm you are loading them there
