County is a term for a official area of local government
If you look on the B42 map, it says knox country
It was a mistake by the devs
Ignore the departments, thats from a mod
But that's around what it would be relating to the IRL knox country area

Been playing this game since 2014 and never noticed. Easy fix.
Knox County works fine for now because in the real world no one refers to areas as country in the way zomboid uses it.
