A bit more details:
I have re-installed the game, I have increased the maximum and minimum ram. I have tried everything I could find online and I am hopping someone here can help me finally determine what I am supposed to do. Both Main and Alternate launch don't work.

I have reinstalled the game twice, I dont know what out-of-date things are being loaded. All the mods folders are empty too.

Yeah the version in the log doesnt match here, can you try doing a full reinstall? You have to follow each step exactly as written, simply telling Steam to uninstall will not cut it.
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
