Playing on a Dedicated Server, 42.13.1, and the Water and Electricity just shut off after 2 weeks in-game.
Server config is only supposed to allow this to happen between 2-6 months. Pics for proof.

Further question for anyone who may know; what else needs to be changed in order to COMPLETELY reset the server? I have deleted the \Saves\ folder and changed the ResetID, but players will still retain revealed map knowledge from their last character, as long as it is on the same "account".
Is changing ServerPlayerID necessary to do a full reset?
Multiplayer uses the WaterShutModifier and ElecShutModifier for exact days after the server start, the other two random ones are for SP only
Map knowledge is client sided and tied to the server IP
Meaning players have to press the question mark to manually reset it
You can also try using ServerPlayerID, but I do not think it interacts with the map knowledge
Thank you for these answers! I wonder why WaterShut and ElecShut even exist if WaterShutModifier and ElecShutModifier just overwrite them in MP
They are for singleplayer, as far as I am aware, both SP and MP use the same sandbox options
Which is why it shows up in the list still, though it should be removed to avoid confusion honestly
@finite pewter Can you check if you retain map knowledge even after deleting the database file inside the ''db'' folder? Also, could you share what your Map = { } section looks like in the SandboxVars.lua file within the Server folder? Just Ctrl + f for ''Map = {''
I do, in fact, retain explored map knowledge after:
• Deleting "Saves" folder
• Deleting "db" entry for my current server (verified by having to remake RCON password during start boot
• Changing "ResetID" inside of .ini
• Changing "ServerPlayerID" inside of .ini
My Map section of my sandboxvars.lua file:
