It would just mean the ports arent opened properly

Make sure the server is unblocked in your firewall, ports are opened in your firewall, ports are also opened in your router

And lastly that your internet provider assiigned a Public IP to you, otherwise you cannot host servers without that

That looks right, make sure to do one for 16262 as well

how do I find that? I dont see it in my settings would it be on the back of router?

It would be in your router config, do you only have the Public IPv4 in the router?

i only get pretty basic config options through my isp. when using default gateway i just get linked to a qr code of the isp app lol
