i tried but it's random when getting attacked or changing bandages :( couldnt find any pattern for it

Fresh save, hosted multiplayer, no mods. We didn't manage to figure what exactly causes this, so any input is welcome. -The character will sometimes have all clothes removed (and go into the main inventory). So it is likely an actual bug, but it might be hard to fix it without actual reproduction steps

So if you do find extra info, please put it there so our testers can figure out what causes it
