Server doesn't show up in "Internet" menu in the game.

Did you re-do the port forwarding after the IP change? Are you able to join the server locally? Or even through the public IP?

I'm able to join the server through Public IP, so we can add the server to our favorites to play manually.

And more than IP change whole host have changed, it is basically new server. They were no transfering data between files or anything

Can I ask where the server is hosted at and where you are located at?

and you've double checked the ports are open on both the host router and within windows firewall?
Try disabling the firewall to test.

it is hosted in Germany and I'm located in Turkey. The thing is some users from USA can see the server time to time but most of the time it is not shown in the server list even by the name in search list

Yeah, I think I see the issue... the server is geolocated in the USA

This is its IP, right?

Its the reason why it takes ages to show up on the list, if at all, since its basically all the way in the US,

So it takes way too long to query it from Turkey

But in host it shown as it is located in Germany, but in battlemetrics its USA.. which is makes no sense

I would suggest contacting your service provider to look into that

Since I am not sure I can suggest much else

They should know what to do
