#drying racks not working 42.13.1 on a dedicated MP server?

with the new update we are trying to dry our lether however no matter what we do to it and big it is it shoes the recipe to craft with, but will not allow us to craft with it aka use the drying racks/ small cow hid crude wet, requires small drying rack, avalable items cow hide small crude wet, but can not craft for example

are you on 42.13.0 or 42.13.1? Drying racks were not working in 42.13.0 and the patch notes said they fixed an exception with drying racks in 42.13.1 but I haven't tried them out yet

tried all the diffrent typs of leather in game too and dont work im not sure for plants as i am not the farmer of the group haha
