Can someone help me? I'm having this problem trying to access a friend's hosted LAN server. The first image shows the following problem: the connection to the server was lost. And the second image says: the server took too long to respond.

The same problem occurred when I was hosting it myself for testing purposes, and it resolved itself when I logged back in, but now it's persisting when I try to access my friend's LAN server.
To be clear, the "host" option is in the menu.

Usually means there is a connection issue, what is your ping to this server? Can you join other servers?

I reinstalled the game and joined a public server via reddit and it worked normally, on my friend's server I don't know how much ping I had because I never got to connect, but my other friend was playing fine and the problem was just me.

I recently tried playing again and the same error occurs. My internet is fine; I even played Minecraft with my friends via Radmin and it was normal. This only problem I'm having is with Zomboid.
