Game not launching at all for me

Can anyone help?
I already tried restarting my PC, checking task manager, uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself.

I also checked it wasn't a wifi issue at all for me either

switched to making the game itself run as administrator, it still isn't working

validating my files right now, and this showed up so what else should i do-

I just tried to close all steam, verify the files and it still shows up that 1 files failed to validate and will be reacquired

I also cleared download cache atp, I put exclusions on steam itself on windows security (do I also need it for the game itself??)

I also did it for the game itself and it's still not launching keeps on showing up as the problem above

last resort, I uninstalled and completely redownloaded steam itself and it still doesnt work

I literally tried default launch AND alternate launch and it still doesnt launch

i genuinely need help atp yall
