i know im supposed to let it sit and initialize for 5-10 minutes then try again but how many times should this be taking? its been 3 hours now ive been repeating this process from anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes is it pure luck do i have to do this everytime i wanna run the server is there something im missing?

ive never had this issue before until today after reinstalling the game and making a new modpack so im not sure what i might be doing wrong ive tried other methods ive seen on posts too but i just wanna know if maybe this is just one really really really long waiting game or if something worse is wrong

Logs still show mods continuing to download, so you still need to let them download the rest
You can check the coop console file if mods are being downloaded
