Correct. It's the bottom 2 settings for single player
At least until multiplayer comes out for b42. But I'm sure that's going to be a while

Oh, I was so used to having this via a mod for b41, I thought it was weird it was there for solo, but I prefer setting it to a particular day. Or at least a way to say if you'd prefer the shut offs to be set or random in the sandbox options.
