For the modded server opened since last year september, the map still retain relatively the same without any players destroying the buildings. Since everyone must build their bases from an empty land.

Not really, I think if you don't spawn at Rosewood, you won't have a hard time to find any loot out there. Plus there's a community donating supplies at the churches as well
