How much free RAM do you have when this happens?

Since this sounds like your PC is running out of RAM, which you should generally avoid

so since you said it's a server related issue, i wouldn't run your server on the same 16GB machine as the one you're playing on, hope that helps

It is possible your Pagefile on your Windows became broken due to the crash

Try disabling and enabling it again, preferably set it to automatically managed

Restart is necessary after disabling and again after enabling

But I seriously recommend against going above your actual RAM on your PC ever
