I am on steam deck and do have mods
Its like theres a little area that blocks text
Update mods are not the issue i have deactivated them all and its still here
Do i need to delete all the files again

Are you perhaps launching the game in "Compatibility mode" when starting the game? Which would be the second option once you select Play.
This option disables several graphics related options to allow very old PCs to run the game, but it is not recommended to use it for standard gameplay and it will cause a lot of issues with the game features.

Ah ok i will try lowering shadows first then dissabling compatibility mode also its definitely not game files i deleted all of those
