My game gets stuck after i click to start in the loading screen,i can hear my character moving and stuff but it stalls on the loading screen,i've tried just about everything to fix it,uninstalling and reinstalling,updating driver,running as admin,running in compatibilty mode and excluding it from kaspersky scanning,I really dont know what to do at this point.

Since you are on AMD, you should update drivers from the AMD website
