I play b42 and my game keeps stuttering while driving whats solution?

yes i have 100+ mods but they don't change the world most of them are QoL

Its a normal thing, the game tries to update lots of chunks in a very short period. My advice is get a better pc and optimize ur game with mods/texture packs.

Looks like it is just pausing once it loads a new area, can you press the K button and check your FPS and your CPU + GPU usage?

It should say if your CPU or your GPU is lagging behind
