If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

Looks like this is a mod-related issue. Are you trying to join a modded server?

Very strange! Here's the error in particular. Aside from saying 'something effed up' all I can advise is to see if the issue happens for other players on the server, and if this only happens on that one server? Usually strange issues like this that pop up out of nowhere are the result of mods.

He is the only player experiencing this issue

#

One other player did have it but restarting the server fixed his issue, however this isnt the case for Reaper here

Are you the server admin? I'm gonna guess turning all the mods off for the server just to test this one case out is a big ask lol

No i'm not server admin, the server admin isnt currently able to help in the issue

#

he's also already unsubscribed from all Mods the server has

#

he is also running on Windows 11

#

he's also already uninstalled the re-installed the game, Verified integrity of the game files and restarted his pc multiple times

You'll automatically download the mods when connecting to the server sadly. Is this the only server this happens on, and do vanilla servers have this issue? We're not really able to support issues when we can't verify that people are running from a clean slate. I don't think this is an issue on your guys' end? It seems like it's on the server's side and is likely related to mods.

9/10 times if there's a weird problem it's the result of third-party stuff
