#Build 42.9.0 Mod list bugged

Switched from B41 to B42 now, opened "mods" tab in the main menu, and I see 0 mods and only one error popup in the corner of ym screen. Then, I checked and unchecked the "show enabled mods" option there, and mods DID appear, but... They all have red crosses, and these mods' names are in red colour.

Wtf? It didn;t happen before. I played B41 with mod manager mod enabled and switched to B42 without disabling this mod just fine before, so it might not be a problem now. However, just to be sure, I opened the "default.txt" file in "C:\Users\ (my user) \Zomboid\mods" anddeleted the mod's name that was writted there, so it looked like this now:

VERSION = 1,

mods
{
}

maps
{
}

So I assume that these mods showing up in red color and not showing up without cvhecking and unchecking "show enabled mods" option, is an issue that's caused by something else now, and not by some mod.
Also, only a half of B42-compatible mods now show up in the mod list, I dunno why not all of those that I've sun=bscribed to and that are compatible with B42 do but that's it... Anything I can do to fix this issue?

Wait

#

But I disabled it already and it shouldn't pre-load now when launching B42 zomboid

Nvm, same started happening in B41 too now

I switched to B41, and these are the only 2 mods in my mod list:

#

Like wtf

#

I'm subscribed to a TON of them, not just 2

To confirm that the issue is not due to any leftover game files, can you try doing a full reinstall?

Unsubscribe from all mods
uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.

After that, go to “C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.

Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

I'd try to though, thanks

But if I go there, then unsub from all workshop items, wont they disappear from the list and ill have to re-sub to them one by one?
