Right now, the Build 42 patch cadence is monthly to bimonthly.

5/20 was the last patch update. So the next patch update is estimated to be around early July or early August.

Based on what? Last patch was big, hence the time it took to land. We don't know at what stage the next big feature (say bowery, or brewing) is. We don't know if they plan or not a smaller patch in between.

Pure speculation based on vibe and no real evidence, I suspect....we just don't know. I guess time will tell

yes, but flood lights need energy, if somebody want to do a wilderness should be able to build standing torches or lantern pillars, seraphites style

in a rp server i was part of a seraphite like group and we were using the mod lanterns, u can place them on the ground and light on, was really nice

I think they are streamers who are also testers I guess. Personally I’ve never understood throughout this when we are all testing B42 why there needs to be a tier of tester above the normals.

That part I get, but just the fact that they are streamers is odd. They spend the whole time streaming not providing feedback lol and then the ‘masses’ see any major issues anyway on the stream. Like that one update that was breaking saves for streamers and didn’t by the time it released.

I wouldn’t have an issue with it if I actually saw them submit feedback lol. But they always just ‘play’ and half the time don’t even interact with the stuff that changed in the patch to test it anyway.

Fair, it’s your guys prerogative, I’d still argue they don’t actually play the changed content half the time though which is frustrating haha. I remember watching a streamer who was playing one of the biome related updates that impacted foraging, and he was just talking about it while doing other stuff hah. I was like ‘go forage stuff so we can just see’ haha.
