This error keeps appearing i need help, tried to reinstall PZ and it still appears.

tried to delete Project Zomboid files from steamapps/common and also workshop files before unsintalling and unsubscribing, and it still appears

Did you resubscribe to the mods after you removed them?

Since this is a mod mismatch, can be caused by having a mismatched mod installed

Meaning the fix is unsubscribing, not resubscribing, then reconnecting

does resubscribing also means being prompt to download after joining a server?

It should work after unsubscribing... are you able to join any other servers?
