my friend keeps being killed by nothing, he spawns with terminal damage and just bleeds away health until he dies. hes died 4 times now and we dont know what to do.

he hurt his foot in this screenshot but normally theres nothing there

yea we have a few mods enabled, but its like as soon as he spawns hes hit with the damage
