B42. There are no zeds in starting point and the neighborhood population on first month seems to be like in Apocalypse mode. Is this a bug or a planned update? No mods

Basically yes, there have been changes to the population in B42

#

Since the scenarios are not updated to reflect these changes, they would be affected in these ways that they wont work right
