Can someone help me with the closed port 16262 error?

I have made the rules in the firewall but it didnt work. Im trying to open the ports on my router but im confused by the settings and i cant find help on google for the model i have. It says public and lan port range and you can put 2 numbers, from and to, do i put 16261-16262? And do i put that in the public or the lan range? Ty

is this right?i have no idea what im doing, i found the numbers on a pz article

The rules look correct, though I recommend creating one rule for 16261 and one rule for 16262

Rather than a single rule using a range

Some routers do not work right with ranges

I removed the rules from the firewall,I never used to need them but I did make them for this now and it didn't work,we got the same error when I even disabled the firewall,so I removed them. But pz is allowed through in the settings if that's what you mean

The ports need to be allowed in the firewall as well

Since the firewall can either block the app or the port

I mean even with them allowed we got the 16262 error,then I port forwarded on the router and still nothing has worked

The ports need to be opened both in the firewall and router, not just one of them
