When I open my project zomboid its just stuck in the attached screenshot above. Any idea and potential fixes for me to do?

Reverify the game. Most likely lagging from loading up stuff.
If you added mods, check to see which ones you recently added. You may have a B41 mod in a B42 game

I think the same happened to me and i think that the fix was closing it down with Task Manager and opening it back up

Go to C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Zomboid and delete the mods folder.
