B41 Multiplayer Modded Server

Occasionally, when one player logs into the modded server a friend is hosting, every player gets kicked out. The server doesn't crash and there is no error message.
Not seeing anything that looks relevant in the log or DB Viewer.

What kick messages do they get? Do you use any mods?

Disconnected from Server.It's heavily modded, but I'm seeing something odd.
The server statistics show that its only using about 8Gb of RAM instead of the the full amount it has access to.

Because RAM is capped in server settings, otherwise the server would just constantly crash, how did you install the server exactly? Did you configure its RAM?
