Hosted server is not responding even with no mods, on IP 127.0.0.1

I've cleared all my mods from my files as well. Not sure what the problem is, any ideas? (please help this is pain)

How is the server installed exactly? Does it respond to commands such as "save"?

Nothing changes whenever I change some of the parameters like the IP (even when it’s my public IP) and press “save”

And with server installation, I’m aware there’s dedicated hosting and self hosting. With self hosting, does the server go on the internet tab if you were to set the option to public in the server settings?

Simply, can you just make a server by making one on the “Add to favorites” panel? Or do you have to do something before that? I don’t mean dedicated hosting still.

To host a dedicated server that is visible in the internet section, you need to install the dedicated server tool and set it up
