There is no ETA for them at this moment, since the B42 features are a priority right now, then the controllers will be added once those features are fully in place

Thank you. I have found a little way round it for now that makes it work, but it’s rather annoying to get it work lol 😂

There's also a mod to switch back and forth between controller and keyboard. Makes it to where you can switch and not have to relog every time. As a controller player I love it. Hopefully TIS will implement it into base game when they add controller support.

Also UPDATE:
It works on controller, however to get it fully work you need to open your inventory while the build menu is open and click what you want to build then close your inventory and then you can proceed to move and place it using controller
