My game keeps crashing when i try to start a new save on b42, i do have mods installed but i dont use any when creating the save, it crashes during the loading screen after making your character

it might just be my computer being dogshit cause this game has always lagged a bit when loading, but the requirements havent increased as far as i know

The requirements have been set since roughly 2019 and have not changed since then

Looks like the PC is running out of RAM, do you have a lot of background programs perhaps? I would suggest disabling all of them and also lowering the game settings if possible

yeah i turned off eveything that was running

#

maybie its just a bunch of bloatware or something in the background sapping ram

but it worked before i tried b42

which is weird cause i doubht my pc has gotten worse

B42 uses somewhat more ram by default
