My friend and me are trying to play with each other on PZ, when he tries to join me they get a connection issue saying "Failed to establish P2P connection with server" if I try to join him I get a "getting server info" problem. This happens when we try to join each other via server host/invites through the in-game app or steam invites.

Me and my friend tried to join an empty server but we both couldn't join and then randomly my server list just stopped working. I'm not seeing any servers so we can try to join more populated servers which probably have more MP support

That would imply an issue with your friends connection
Is he able to switch to a VPN or a different network to test for that?

The best I can say is protonvpn, the free plan is what we're gonna try since he doesn't have his own nor do I

I mean thats weird because yesterday I saw him reset his network settings but that wasn't through his router
the vpn did work so far but the server he tried to join had mods so we are going to try some with no mods rn
Even with my VPN on, my server list is still empty
