#Choppy UI and frame drops

I was playing build 42 yesterday and it was fine, changed some settings and it said to me to restart to apply but i didnt and continued playing. Today, I logged in i found the ui very choppy and there's frequent frame drops. Im suspecting that i turned on some settings that might be causing it + Im on potato pc as well

You can go to “C:\Users%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.

This will reset the settings to their defaults

nvm i changed lighting quality to low and it helped
