I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong with it. I'm have a good PC and had 75+ FPS while on B41, hosting a server with 12GB RAM and with 300 mods. Now the FPS randomly drops to 15 on fully zoomed and almost 3 FPS when fully zoomed out. It happens gradually and I don't know what it causing it. Normally I have 90+ FPS even with insane zombies fully zoomed out.
My Specs:
-RTX 2070 SUPER
-Ryzen 5 1600X
-2x8GB DDR4
-500GB SSD

Looks like there are some mods still loading, I can only suggest first replicating the issue without them
Delete the "mods" folder in the Zomboid folder, then start a new game and retry

thats odd because the mods are disabled. will try that now and let you know. thanks for the help
